This is an ideal opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional to support a large and growing organization.
The Role:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable from entry to processing payments
- Review and verify invoices, match invoices to purchase orders
- Code invoices in Great Plains
- Match cheques to invoices for payment
- Create and maintain new vendor information
- Monthly reconciliation with the vendor
- Ad hoc administrative and accounting responsibilities as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated accuracy and efficiency
- Experience processing large volumes of Accounts Payable quickly and efficiently
- Strong MS Office and Data Entry skills
- Great Plains experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
