Our client, a well-known and regarded organisation, is seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst to join their team and support key project.
As part of the E-commerce team, you will be responsible for Senior BA duties, whilst overseeing and coordinating a small team. You will manage stakeholder engagement and ensure completeness around alignment of requirements. You will work to tie all work streams to support the delivery of a Pilot to production.
This is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend. Melbourne CBD Based (currently working from home).
In addition to Senior BA responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

- Oversight and coordination of a small ream of Business Analysts
- Requirements oversight
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Strong experience as a Senior BA including leadership experience
- Experience delivering complex projects within an enterprise environment
- Experience within an Agile environment, certifications a bonus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven stakeholder management experience
