Essential:
- 3 years of experience as Senior BA role in recent past.
- Finance & Regulatory awareness/Insurance domain is a must
- The candidate should be able to organise workshops and drive various stakeholders to finalise requirements.
- Well versed with Agile ways of working (Creation of User Stories).
- Help Product Owner in Backlog Grooming and Prioritize the Backlog.
- Stakeholder management and Leadership qualities.
- Exposure to latest Technical Trends (Digital Transformation).
- Experience in preparing Business Case for large Initiatives.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
