Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in the IT industry in different roles from Program Delivery & Client Relations Management to consulting
• Must have experience in Life and General Insurance domain.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, coach and direct consulting and services teams, develop and execute business strategy, serve as a senior level contact for clients and manage multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Experienced in reporting to CxO's for mission critical programs.
• Experienced in establishing the product evaluation/selection criteria for multiple vendor selection.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures.
• Experienced working in cross-functional teams spanning legacy and open technologies.
• Managing risks and issues and timely escalation/status reporting to Executive Steering Committee.
• Management of cost and risk assessment of design solutions and infrastructure setup with vendors.
• Documentation of solution architecture for new technologies and ensuring integration between multiple platforms.
• Experienced in solution delivery and program/project management in onsite/offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and providing solutions for new Identified opportunities adding value to the client by using Cognizant's capabilities with a team of system / business analysts / solution Architects
• Delivery management and issue resolution across projects
• Partnering closely with senior client stakeholders including CXOs in ensuring an exceptional customer satisfaction for delivery of IT systems.
• Acting as a single point of escalation for delivery for the accounts and technical oversight on projects/programs.
• Delivering value to engagement by bringing best practices followed in other customer engagements across the organisation.
• Identifying areas where Cognizant's portfolio of product and solutions and global Delivery services could add value within client organizations,
• Coordinating and participating in business development activities required to close new business, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of contracted services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
