Business Analyst

Provide analysis, interpretation and recommendations designed to improve our Residential Aged Care (RAC) operational, quality and financial performance. Work closely with our RAC Executive Leaders and deliver high quality recommendations and business cases to support decision making and strategic direction. As a Business Analyst, you will also be responsible for:

• Owning the reporting suite - development/ improvement of reporting tools/dashboards and ways of measuring performance;
• Identifying and analysing opportunities to improve processes;
• Developing financial models and business cases to support management decisions;
• Conducting competitor and internal benchmarking and trend analysis;
• Documenting and mapping end-to-end processes and recommending future state processes;

Skills & Experience required: -

• Experience in process-mapping in service / people-based sectors;
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and Visio is highly regarded;
• Experience in the Aged Care and/or health sector preferred;
• Ability to draw insight from data and identify process-improvement opportunities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
