About the role:
Working within a large team, you will bring your extensive payroll knowledge to provide support to the Payroll Team Leads with process improvement while doing end-to-end payroll processing. Your key duties will include:
- Fortnightly payroll processing
- Calculate and process employee leave entitlements, superannuation, redundancies and terminations
- Award and EBA interpretation
- Onboarding and maintenance of employee files
- End of month reporting
- Assist with process improvements
- Mentor and support junior members of the team
About you:You are an experienced payroll professional with solid experience working in high volume environments. You are a team player with a positive outlook and mature attitude. In addition, you have:
- 5+ years experience with full end-to-end payroll processing experience
- The ability to mentor and support team members
- Previous experience working in a high volume environment
- Award and EBA interpretation skills
- Experience using a large ERP
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
