Autonomy - Autonomously run jobs from start to finish. Once you have proven yourself a junior Accountnnt will be hired underneath you to help out on the more mundane tasks. The client base is a mixture of SME's, HNWI's as well as some large companies and not for profits. Minimal Individual returns.
Strong Support Structures - Technology is first-rate with Xero used to its most effective and efficient potential. They take pride in developing their quality team of Accountants and includes full support for your post-graduate qualifications, monthly tax update training and opportunity to attend external courses. They work in a team structure with ample support offered by the Partners and Senior Managers.
Growing Environment - The office is continuously growing is a very stable with staff retention a major focus. Many of the staff have been with the firm for close to or over 10 years. Flexibility is also available, with varied start/finish times available.
Mininmum 2 years Business Services Accounting experience.
