Finite IT is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an initial 4-month contract with a high possibility of extension into 2021.
The Business Analyst will report to the Capability Manager - Business Analysis & Readiness, but will work predominately with Project Managers and other project team resources to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
• Core BA skills, such as data analysis in Excel, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, benefits identification and realisation.
• Lean process improvement to identify areas of waste or areas of a process that can be improved.
• Working in an agile environment, whilst not necessarily implementing an Agile methodology.
• Project establishment and closure activities, such as development of business cases, identification of project budgets, and operational handover support (including development of associated documentation).
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills and experience with a wide range of workshop facilitation techniques;
• Experience writing program level business cases;
• Experience in using Design Thinking, Human-Centred Design or similar methodologies to re-imagine problem spaces and customer journeys;
• Experience with enterprise Business Architecture including impacts to people, process and systems; and
• A creative and innovative mindset.
