Your new role
Working within an established payroll team and reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, this role requires an experienced payroll professional. The key responsibilities include coding and entering timesheets, cross-checking payments against EBAs, awards and other company policies, calculating adjustments and termination payments, reconciliation of weekly payroll, preparation of the payroll master file and support the team with the month end process.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous hands on payroll experience is essential, as is an understanding of awards and EBAs and how to apply the conditions of those instruments to ensure pays are correct. Attention to detail, solid exposure to high volume payroll processing and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential criteria.
