Head of Finance

Reporting to the CFO you will head up the finance function of this profitable established eco - friendly corporate organisation. Managing and motivating a small team of staff, you will be responsible for financial and statutory reporting, budgeting, variance analysis and monthly management accounting. In this role you will build relationships with key stakeholders and liaise with senior management across the site and at group level.

You will be ideally a qualified accountant with proven financial accounting experience, good man- management skills, and strong IT skills as the organisation will be migrating to SAP in the future. Your presentation skills will be 1st class, and you will have a positive outlook and a hands on approach to your work, able to see things in detail but with a strategic over view.
