Head of Finance for a well established FMCG business
Your new company
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established FMCG business as the UK Head of Finance during a period of growth. The business is performing well and this role will develop into an FD position in a short amount of time.
Your new role
Leading a team you will take ownership of all controls and reporting for the UK business, including all statutory reporting and management accounting. The role will lead on all budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the operational leadership team to ensure accuracy and to support performance. The role will also drive the improvement of all financial processes and systems. There may also be scope to get involved in M&A work in the near future..
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with a track record of delivery in a fast paced and highly commercial environment. A keen eye for detail is essential along with the ability to liaise effectively with demanding stakeholders
