We welcome a Senior Business Analyst to one of our challenging projects. The project makes the use of cutting-edge technologies based on international standards. The working schedule is 28/28 rotations.
ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
The successful candidate is expected to work onsite for one of the key EPAM's customer from the Oil&Gas industry (city of Atyrau, Kazakhstan). The company explores, develops, produces, and markets crude oil, liquid petroleum gas, dry gas, and sulfur in Kazakhstan.

What You'll Do
- Define business needs
- Conduct Business Analysis planning
- Conduct Stakeholders Analysis and Management
- Manage and determine the Scope
- Hold Requirements Gathering planning
- Develop Business Cases
- Ability to conduct Requirement Gathering Sessions
- Experience in UML modeling
- Understanding of requirements management and traceability activities
- Ability to act as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
- Experience in development of Functional and Non-functional Requirements specification
- Moderate knowledge of SDLC
- Experience in Quality Assurance activities
- Experience in Change Management activities
- English level: B2 or higher
- Experience in Oil and Gas domain is a plus
- Experience exchange with colleagues all around the world
