1. Accountable for the spectrum of company's finance, accounting, audit and tax functions to ensure timely and accurately reporting of financial result, inclusive of quarterly, year-end audited account for the group.
2. To prepare month end closing report, group consolidation account and quarterly report. (depend on existing or new development status).
3. To conduct monthly analysis on financial result.
4. Review company foreign Subsidiary and Associate account.
5. To ensure compliance of financial reporting standard.
6. Close liaison with auditors.
7. To assist company/CEO on analysis individual business unit activities is comply with business law.
8. Capable of working within tight deadlines.
9. Liaise with tax advisor, auditors, bankers and local regulatory bodies.
10. Travel with CEO (Domestic and Oversea).
11. Any other ad-hoc assignments.
QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy Management/ACCA, CIMA
- With at least 10 years of experience in group financial & accounting practises including in finance governance and good in business law practise.
