Sentara is looking to hire an Epic MyChart Senior Business Analyst!
Title: Epic MyChart Sr. Business Analyst
Requirements:
This position is responsible for support, enhancement and implementation of Epic's MyChart application The Epic Sr. Business Analyst will oversee and direct intermediate scale projects or components of large scale projects; develops project plans and timelines and coordination of project resources. Incumbent will identify opportunities to leverage technologies in areas that improve and enhance the business practices by designing and implementing application/product enhancements. Works with and is a liaison to customers and end-users, appropriate IT personnel and software vendors on a regular basis to align technology functionality to operational processes.
Education Level
High School Grad or Equivalent
Experience
Certification and experience with Epic MyChart build required. 6+ years' experience strongly preferred for this Epic Sr. MyChart Analyst position. Will consider an analyst with MyChart proficiency with 6+ years' build experience in MyChart.
Preferred: In addition to the MyChart certification/proficiency requirements; EpicCare Ambulatory certification or proficiency preferred, but not required.
Other
2 years' experience in a relevant business department and 4 years design/build/validate experience with the Epic MyChart application; OR 6 years' build experience supporting the Epic MyChart application for a relevant business department required. Consultant or Vendor Partner build experience with the Epic MyChart application, as well as breadth and number of Epic certifications held by applicant, will be considered in lieu of required years of support.
Responsibilities

Oversees and directs intermediate scale projects or components of large scale projects; develops project plans and timelines and coordination of project resources. Incumbent will identify opportunities to leverage technologies in areas that improve and enhance the business practices by designing and implementing application/product enhancements. Works with and is a liaison to customers and end-users, appropriate IT personnel and software vendors on a regular basis to align technology functionality to operational processes.
