Roessel Joy has partnered with a law firm in Boston seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This opportunity pays up to 55K and reports directly to the controller. The AP SPecialist will be responsible for processing all full-cycle AP invoices and perform weekly check-runs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in AP processing, professional services and strong Excel and ERP experience. Requirements
- Process all full-cycle AP Invoices
- Match, batch and codes invoices
- Prepare weekly check-runs
- Manage vendors and act as POC for any questions or discrepancies
- Review invoices and determine which invoices are for firm and for clients
- Assist with month and year end close
Requirements
- Previous experience in full-cycle accounts payable processing
- Strong Excel and ERP skills (Experience in Concur or Juris ERP a plus)
- Previous experience in professional services (legal industry a plus)
