Finance Manager (6mth contact, Central)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage full spectrum of Finance and Accounting functions
Prepare and ensure timely completion of month end closing and reporting
Review and analyse monthly performance results
Prepare monthly and termly reports for Management
Preparation of consolidated accounts
Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
To implement guidelines and policies of all activities related to compliance accounting standards and internal control requirements
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements including timely submission of GST returns and corporate income tax returns
Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when require and other tasks as assigned
Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules
Ensure timely term invoicing and monitor fee collections status

QUALIFICATIONS

Accounting degree / ACCA graduate
More than 4 years experience in similar capacity, ideally gained in FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industiries
Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with mandarin speakers
SAP system knowledge a must, Oracle optional
Good team player who can work independently and diligently
Strong leadership & excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
Knowledge in rolling out reporting system is a plus
