The role

Our client is seeking a generalist Project Manager/Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to lead the project team with an Agile approach. It is a very small project team (2 people) and unstructured environment (no processes and limited documentation) therefore they need someone who can thrive in that environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital/portal projects
  • Lead and advise on agile approaches without being too prescriptive
  • Can multi-task between Project Management and Business Analysis as the team is quite small
  • Foster a collaborative and team approach
  • Manage resource allocations, budget, risks, project milestones and deliverables
Key Skills
  • Project Management experience with a strong Agile/Scrum background
  • Hybrid PM/BA experience as it is a small team
  • Experience working in a smaller, unstructured environment
  • Collaborative approach and great leadership skills
  • Any Salesforce experience would be an advantage
