health. As an experienced Finance Business Partner, you'll be responsible for a high profile, multiple workstream business migration. This role is critical in our transition to becoming AXA Health - our new brand.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract / secondment. You'll be in our Eastbourne office approx. 1 day per week, with office or remote / home working available for the rest of your week.

What you'll be doing

You'll work collaboratively alongside leadership and project teams to develop and deliver robust plans to deliver workstreams needed for successful business integration to AXA Health. A team player, you'll work with colleagues across Finance and other business areas to achieve best outcomes.

Alongside existing team members, you'll play a leading role in the successful migration of an existing expense base into AXA Health. This will include detailed analysis and mapping, developing an expense re-charge mechanism and partnering with new cost centre owners.

You'll lead the transition from a single finance system and operational processes, to multiple systems. You'll ensure the scoping and design of the transition is optimal. Data and your recommendations presented to key stakeholders.

You'll be able confident with juggling competing priorities, supporting business as usual operational activity as required.

• Qualified accountant ACCA / CIMA / ACA / overseas equivalent or suitable level of experience to an equivalent level, with significant experience

• Transformation or large scale project change experience

• Experience of designing and implementing simplified process with strong controls

• Experience of designing, implementing and tracking effective financial planning and investment assessment methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables at the same time, working to deadlines

• Excellent analytical skills

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially aware with proven experience of working at a strategic level

• Influencing and negotiation skills

• Strategic thinker

• IT skills - MS Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable

• Insurance and financial services market knowledge desirable

• Experience across financial / management accounting with operational processes desirable

• Knowledge and experience of AXA PPP healthcare finance systems would be beneficial
