Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts and Business Services Manager to join an expanding team and business

Our client is a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisors operating across the UK, Nordics and the USA who have seen dramatic growth in recent years

Description

The role will entail but won't be exclusive to:

- Continue your technical and personal development with the preparation of accounts and advice for more complex clients

- Providing support to your clients from an accounting perspective

- Proactively maintaining and managing your own portfolio of client relationships

- Work closely with our Seniors and Assistants within the team to ensure an exceptional client service is always provided

- Building business relationships with the aim of attracting new clients where appropriate

- Become part of the management team, including department work planning, appraisals and also directly guiding more junior team members to provide both technical and day to day guidance to support their journey

Profile

The successful candidate requires as a minimum:

- ICAS/ACCA qualified with previous client management experience within an accountancy firm

- A natural problem-solving mindset, suggesting and implementing solutions to improve our client service

- Prior experience building relationships with prospective new clients
