THE COMPANY
Our client are a leading mid-sized accountancy and business advisory firm based in Dublin's city centre.
THE ROLE
Sitting on the management team the role will include the following:
· Manage the planning and execution of multiple tax and consulting projects across the company.
· Manage staff and the delegation of assignments to ensure the successful delivery of numerous projects.
· Provide tax advisory to company clients.
· Support the partners with consulting projects.
· Assist with business development and growth within the practice.
· Act as a technical tax expert within the practice.
· Managing the training and development of junior staff members.
THE PERSON
· You should have a professional qualification as a Tax Consultant (AITI CTC).
· ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA qualification desirable.
· Possesses strong technical competence.
· Proven experience managing multiple projects.
· Excellent people management skills.
