Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Senior Finance & Accounting Manager
- Responsible for all bank reconciliations, light journal entries, preparing monthly financial reports and some AP/AR
- Billing new and existing customers
- Executing monthly bank reconciliations
- Assisting in Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Monthly financial reports using Excel
- Assist with year-end items (state taxes, 1099s, etc)
- P&L reporting using Excel
Requirements
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 2+ years on previous accounting teams / accounting roles
- Strong proficiency w Excel (pivot tables & v-look ups)
- Understanding debits and credits within Accounting as well as bank reconciliations
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
- Focused and diligent with a strong foundation of accounting knowledge
