Your new role
Due to significant growth, our client seeks an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to support a group of small but experienced advisers. The FPA is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistances to the Advisers in the form of SOA/ROA construction. Along with administering client files, you will also support the business with compliance reporting, process improvement, monitoring workflow, problem-solving and updating the CRM.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have skills in client administration, compliance and data management and have a background in financial services. Our client is looking for a productivity individual who is eager to learn, loyal, organised and outgoing. You will also need experience working in a professional environment posses excellent written communication skills and have a sound understanding of the finance industries products and services. Familiarity in Xplan and experience learning new software quickly would be seen as advantageous.
