You will be responsible for directing and coordinating the provision of effective financial and management accounting services and reporting including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis and financial internal controls.
Responsibilities :
- Reporting, including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis and financial internal controls.
- Providing expert advice, analysis, briefings and support on financial policies, annual budgets, reporting, internal controls and governance to the senior management teams.
- Managing the development and production of financial reports to enable management to obtain clear and concise information from financial analysis and costing systems
- Providing effective representation and engagement with internal stakeholders and other teams and provide strategic oversight, direction and leadership for the business unit to ensure the achievement of organisational objectives.
Requirements and Experience :
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 3-5+ Years in similar roles
- You have experience in reporting financial management advice to executive management that aligns with the strategic objectives of the organisation and working knowledge of financial legislation
- You have experience in leading and coordinating accurate and timely support and service on financial policies, budgets, internal controls in a large organisation
- You have high level communication skills (both verbal and written) including consultation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- You have successfully managed a team to achieve deadlines within agreed timeframes and competing priorities and can mentor and lead staff to achieve their targets
