The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with Aurion systems knowledge to assist their team in a short-term contract capacity with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Processing employees' earnings, taxes, superannuation, deductions, leave, etc.
  • Determine payroll liabilities including workers compensation payments.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Experience
  • Must have current/very recent experience with Aurion payroll systems
  • Ability to work within a team and collaborate with fellow members in solving issues and proactively seeking solutions
