Senior Digital Business Analyst

Your new company
A large organisation with a global reach are looking to recruit a Digital Business Analyst to join them an a large scale digital transformation programme that will run well in 2021.

Your new role
Within your new role you will focus on defining, delivering and promoting the organisations digital capabilities, whilst scoping the new digital customer experience programme. This is a very hands on role which will include the identification and analysis of data sources and partnering with both the business and technical teams.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you should be a seasoned Business Analyst with demonstrable experience of working on a large digital transformation programme. Furthermore you should have experience in the following areas.

• Working knowledge of SalesForce and SalesForce Marketing Cloud
• Experience of working within an Agile environment - Confluence and Jira
• Working knowledge of DevOps
• Experience of project delivery including agile and continuous delivery/deployment
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident and methodical approach
• Able to work within a complex matrix team environment
• Experience of working within the healthcare sector would be highly desirable.
