- Assist in adapting current operations systems to optimize efficiency
- Data entry, filing and spreadsheet management
- Attend meetings with the staff of operations department and record minutes of meeting
- Draft required documents for the review of manager operations and chief operating officer
- Organize and maintain database
- Any task assigned by Chief Operating Officer and/or manager operations

- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Fresh Candidate. No work experience is required.
- ACCA Finalist. All ACCA fundamental level exams must be completed.
