Description
The Accounts Assistant role is a temporary position for the next 3 months. You will have the opportunity to look after:
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Preparation of spreadsheet analysis
- Posting of credit card transactions
- Monthly bank account reconciliations
- Posting of periodic payroll information
- Maintaining Finance office cashbook
- General finance duties as required
- Cover for the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable functions as required
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
Have previous experience in Bank reconciliation/general ledger
Have a good understating of general bookkeeping
Be confident on excel
Be available to consider a temporary role
