The firm delivers services across the range of administrations and liquidations, personal insolvency, bankruptcy advising clients in this specialist field. You will join as an Insolvency Administrator based in their Taunton offices, working closely with managers and directors, advising clients typically on liquidations, predominantly CVLs and MVLs, alongside other wide ranging insolvency work with involvement from engaging with clients from initial enquiry through to preparing reports and seeing the process through to completion. You will take on increasing responsibility as your progress and develop within this firm and role and be encouraged to develop within this team, offering a superb opportunity to develop your career within this field.
As an overview you will take responsibility for:
Ensuring cases (predominantly CVL and MVL) are progressed efficiently
Compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Making decisions with supporting information and record appropriately
Maintain appropriate records of chargeable time spent on casework
Participate in internal and external marketing events when required
Maintain relationships with internal and external professionals and liaise with work providers as and when required
You will bring exsiting experience as an Insolvency Administrator with anything from two to three years or considerably more experience developed within this field to date, within a firm of accountants/accountancy practice, or specialist insolvency firm.
You may be CPI / ACCA/ACA qualfiied or support is on offer for individuals pursuing CPI or ACCA etc.
