Must possess strong quantitative analytical skills to create, analyze and interpret customer requirements and act as a bridge between business team and the technical team
Must have prior experience in supporting US Healthcare or Lifesciences clients
Strong experience of gathering/documenting business/functional requirements and developing process flow diagrams for new application development
Ability to understand the AsIs process and work with the functional leads to comeup with the ToBe process along with the business benefit
Interact with the client development team across geographies/time zones and also help them to understand the functional aspects of the solution
Participate in all processes from user requirements to application development, testing and UAT.
Prior experience in handling ETL or WebApplication development projects with basic SQL data querying capability preferred
Experience in working in Scaled Agile project environment
Should be a team player and be assertive
Excellent communication skills (verbal written)
