Key responsibilities
As the Senior Business Analyst - ITSM you will:
- Liaise with a variety of internal business units to map out an "as is" "to be" state
- Convey information between stakeholders varying in technical understanding
- Lead the process change initiative
- Create numerous analytical artefacts in accordance to organisational frameworks and standards
- Gather and document business requirements from a variety of stakeholders
- Work in a fast-paced environment with teams as well as independently
Key Requirements
As the Senior Business Analyst - ITSM you will have:
- 5 years + Business Analyst Experience
- Extensive ServiceNow experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven track record in leading process improvement change
- Relevant industry qualifications are desired i.e. ITIL v3
