In the near short future through succession planning, there is an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager who is hands on, but also has good commercial acumen and leadership skills to join the finance team.
Your new role
Reporting to the leadership team, you will have full ownership of the finance function, managing a team of 5, including the management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as the financial accounting and indirect tax for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be CPA or CA qualified and have previous experience working for a business within the manufacturing sector. You will be pro-active and enthusiastic and will enjoy working for an established business with a strong customer centric focus. You will have a hands-on approach and will be an excellent communicator as you will have to deal with people at all levels across the business.
What you'll get in return
As well as managing the finance, the role will also have a large operational and strategic focus, you will be a key contributor to continuing relationships between finance and other functions within the business. This current role has future opportunities to expand responsibilities further towards being CFO. You will be joining an organisation with strong family values.
