A leading Financial Services company are looking for a Business Analyst to help determine and manage the scope, requirements and system designs for the project.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Working collaboratively with Run Team product owners, scrum masters, technical experts and testers to review, define, calculate and deliver Remediation and Refund activities to meet business and customer needs at all times
  • Contribute to the conversion of business needs into functional designs
  • Identify and manages gaps, determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions and developing Business Requirements documents and models
  • Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution


You will need the following to be successful:

  • 2 years+ business analysis experience in a financial services environment
  • Experienced in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders and technical development teams to define and deliver complex IT products & services.
  • Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
