Role & Responsibility Working closely with the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly accounts for various entities
- Help drive the month-end process
- Create and present new business cases to Senior Stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to drive and contribute to process improvement
- Liaise with external auditors and assist with the preparation of papers
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis to all business unit heads
Profile
To be successful in this role you will need to prove skills and abilities in line with below:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Exposure to the property or real estate industry a preference
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal communication and critical thinking skills
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a commercial environment or in a Big 4 chartered firm
- Ability to work constructively within a team and fast-paced environment
