DESCRIPTION

The EU Amazon Fashion Finance team is seeking a financial manager to support reporting, analysis and business projects across the EU Amazon Fashion business. The role will have broad responsibilities and partner with various teams and stakeholders across the globe to fuel the growth of the Amazon Fashion business:
• You work closely with the Head of Finance and General Manager of the EU Amazon Fashion Business. You will consult, challenge and influence business strategy, decisions and drive our long-term free cash flow.
• You own regular and ad-hoc analyses, monthly, qtrly and annual business reviews, business cases for new initiatives and actively participate in projects to ensure we are taking the right financial decisions in our business.
• You analyze the business with weekly and monthly key performance indicators.
• You run and continuously improve the short- and midterm planning processes, month end closing and financial compliance.
• You collaborate with relevant business and finance teams across Europe, US and Rest of World to benchmark to identify and implement best practices.
• You strive to improve our financial tools to take better and faster decisions.
• You are comfortable with manipulating large sets of data to derive business insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Will have a Masters in Business Administration
• Experience in setting up business cases and driving financial conclusions, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with large and diverse data sets with the ability to quickly construct and/or review financial analysis
• Must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting
• Will have had experience in financial modelling
• Comfortable in a fast paced and ambiguous business environment
• Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in a business partnering role.
• Must show evidence of using data to inform decisions
• Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering results
• Must demonstrate fluency in English language both written and verbal
• Must demonstrate proficency with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SQL, Cognos (TM1), Oracle, or similar tools
