Main responsibilities:
- Conduct the audits in accordance with international standards of audit;
- Preparation of Management Recommendation Letters;
- Preparing periodic reports on work performed;
- Understanding the audit client and planning the audit process;
- Take the business trips (when necessary);
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as professional standards.
- Lead the performing of the tasks defined by the audit plan;
- Adherence to professional ethics;
- Delegating tasks to senior and junior audit team members and supervising their work for accuracy and compliance;
- Provide training, coaching and support to senior and junior team members.
- Risk assessment and testing the company internal controls;
- Sharing the information related to the ongoing audit to senior audit manager and audit partner ;
- Preparing the audit working papers for the audit engagement;
- Preparation and maintenance of audit documentation;
- Always Looking for self development though participation in Seminars, Webinars, Updating knowledge on current legislation
Main requirements:
- University degree in audit / finance / economics;
- Excellent knowledge of international standards of audit;
- Excellent knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
- Act in accordance with the firm's policies and professional standards;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of financial statements audit;
- Fluent in Georgian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Outlook);
- ACCA full certificate, ACCA II level certificate, CPA or equivalent Certificate
