Major Tasks
- You will provide accounting services for selected processes and countries.
- You will work on various tasks such as - accounting for administrative expenses, assisting in payment processing, coordinating month-end general ledger closing, preparing balance sheet reconciliations and providing P&L analysis.
- You will act as a primary point of contact.
- You will participate in process improvement projects and will have to ensure that all financial processes are performed accurately and on time.
- You will enjoy helping others develop by sharing your knowledge with new team members and less experienced colleagues.
- You will be responsible for financial reporting, operational and improvement activities.
- You will be handling ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance operation with good expertise in Record to Report group and related Finance processes.
- Experience with working in shared service operations would be preferred.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Self-starter with good MS-office skills.
- Strong team player and ability to handle tasks under pressure and in a timely manner with required quality.
- Working knowledge of ERP (JDE/SAP) would be preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to internal control.
- Fluent in English. Any additional language (Spanish, German, Italian, French, Polish, etc.) will be a plus.
