Qualification & Experience
IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTAINANCE OF OPERATING PROCEDURES
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountance or equivalent.
- Professional degree in Accounting (ACCA, CPA or CMA preferred)
- Required skill(s): ERP Software, MS Office, SAP.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KAPAR / KLANG.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTAINANCE OF OPERATING PROCEDURES
- Ensure client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.).
- Maintain general oversight and ensure accuracy of records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc.
- Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management
- To prepare quarterly report and performance review of the group of companies
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
- To ensure the integrity of data presented
- To support (financial forecast and expenditures) the progress on short and long term business plans
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities across all business activities
- Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt, including refinancing and purchasing/sales
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- To evaluate purchases for group of companies
- Support in negotiation and procurement of high capital expenditures
