Role Purpose:
The G Band Portfolio Manager : Airtime Credit International position is based within Financial Services.The role of the Portfolio Manager : Airtime Credit International is to keep pace with the latest in industry & technology developments as well as the broader regulatory environment. Foster broader collaboration with Vodacom International business units ensuring the implementation of Airtime Credit Features; Providing the International markets with guidance and recommendations to improve performance. Liaising with the Vodacom South African team to leverage off group deployments, Co-ordinate campaign activities; Formulise reporting requirements in each of the markets in order to improve performance.Your responsibilities will include:
Management of the existing Airtime Credit Product performance in the international markets, maximising growth of the existing business whilst maintaining key metrics around customer ARPU accretion, loss ratios and customer churn.
Create an engagement model with international markets to improve the performance of the Airtime Credit products in the respective markets
Monitor and report performance of international markets with various stakeholders.
Assist in improving the delivery of international market deployments of Airtime Credit features.
Developing all relevant documentation, providing inputs and evaluation for financial business cases, defining business rules and working with customer experience teams to define and refine existing and new customer journeys To do revenue projections and forecasts for revenue and analyse and identify shortfalls and areas of improvement.
Provide insights to the broader team around innovations and developments within the Telco Lending and Fintech industry.
To regularly review launched products to ensure the performance is in line with initial assumptions and implement corrective measures if needed and also look at how to improve/enhance products.
Keep track of competitor launches.
Monthly product presentations for an audience consisting of managing executives and senior management.The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Matric / Grade 12 essential
Relevant 3 year Business degree essential
Minimum of 8 years' experience within Consumer Lending essential
Telecommunications experience is required
Detailed knowledge of data and voice products with experience in Airtime Credit services advantageousExperience in working with various teams with multiple reporting lines
Airtime Credit Experience Beneficial
