  • A/P Responsible about import (raw material, packaging material, spare parts & machines) and follow up balances and payments with suppliers.

  • A/P Responsible about imported finished products and follow up payments, balances & settlement.

  • A/P Responsible about other expenses (marketing, HR, investments, contracts, other miscellaneous, advance and down payments), doing monthly analyzing reports.

  • Ensure the accuracy of the A/R balances, posting, and follow up on the due balances and highlight the overdue balances.

  • Supervise and review Accounts Payable made by junior A/P accountant (Local Packaging, local spare parts and local consumables).

  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.

  • Ensure all financial posting deadlines are met establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.

  • Monitor report and support taxation issues preparing income tax monthly report and withholding taxes quarterly and annually report.

  • Develop and maintain financial data bases in term of posting allocations accuracy.

  • Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses.

  • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
