Primary Purpose of the job:
• Assist in the achievement of departmental goals and targets with regard to credit risk assessment by following the set credit check procedures and protocols in assessing creditworthiness and related risks.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Comprehensive review of credit proposals submitted by the regional teams to assess credit risk and accuracy of information.
• Ensure that all credit proposals are in compliance with the Credit policy, internal regulations, and guidelines.
• Assist in conducting credit risk inspections at branches and regional offices according to set policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist management on special credit risk tasks and assignments.
• Prepare and submit activity reports by the required deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
