My client a progressive fast growing, private equity Technology Company with staff based around the world.
The position reports directly to the Group Finance Director.
Responsibilities will include:
Requirement
ACCA/ACA qualified (Technology / IT / Software background)
Big 4 background
Team-management experience
Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.

- Control - review monthly management accounts process
- Statutory accounts and tax returns
- Manage annual audit process
- Assist with annual budgets
- Manage cash flow on daily term basis
- Approve payments according to company policy
- Ad hoc projects
- Manage Finance and Credit Control Teams (approx 22 in total including direct/indirect reports) across multiple locations.
- Consult liaise with other departments
