Inviting applications for the role of MIS & Reporting

You will be responsible to operate a MIS and Reporting team which will support the data and information requirements of Operations across multiple site and geographies. You will need to manage reporting/ MIS resources who will be located out of multiple locations. You will be expected to constantly challenge the current level of reports delivery and bring in innovations in reporting to generate insights using the latest tools and technologies available.

Provide leadership and guidance to your team members and continue to identify and recruit talent to build a robust team. Lead transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain. Present point of view on operational metrics (performance and productivity) based on reports and dashboards being generated. Support Sr. Leadership and Finance teams on project financials.

Responsibilities
  • Data-centric - quantitative, analytical skills and PC proficiency (Excel)
  • Perform data analytics using tools (excel/VBA/access)
  • Must have good hands on skills in excel functions, data bases, pivot tables and power-point!
  • Problem Solving Approach - including logical attitude
  • Good number crunching skills, remember current vs prior numbers and charts.
  • Prepare charts, slides as per client's requests using Master Data.
  • Interacting with various business teams to understand the project requirements and process bottlenecksIndividual Performer - Ability to prioritize and deliver
  • Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
  • Change Orientation - Ability to adopt to changes quickly
  • Individual Performer - Ability to organize and prioritize with little direction
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
  • Proactive and ability to work both independently and as part of the team


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Expert in Reporting and Analytics with relevant experience in Reporting/ Analytics role
  • Should have managed 10-15 reporting and analytics resources


Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience in SQL and PowerBI environment
  • Relevant experience in WFM Reporting
