Our client is:
An Australian property developer with experience in projects across a wide range of asset classes. They are on an exciting growth journey as a result of their early success and have plans to further their growth in the coming years. As the financial controller you will be the key point of contact for all finance matters, this will see you working closely with the business leaders on ongoing projects.

The core elements include:
  • Cashflows / Budgets
  • General Financial Control
  • Project Controls
  • Tax, Payroll and Bookkeeping
  • Strategic / Project work


The successfully candidate will ideally possess:
  • CPA, CA Qualification
  • At least 8 years' experience in accounting / finance
  • Property and Real Estate Industry experience
  • Experience in cash flow modelling
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to research issues, analyse and solve problems.
