Purpose of Position

  • Analyse financial risks losses, including business interruption, stock, fidelity, product recall, product guarantee, by investigating claims through detailed analysis of accounting records, external sources & general enquiry. Prepare very high quality spreadsheet analysis of information provided by others. Provide analytical assistance and support to other team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and assess financial insurance losses as directed by other staff.
  • Gather evidence and assist in preparation of expert witness reports for use in legal proceedings.
  • Maintain company reputation and insurance product integrity by complying with federal and state regulations and corporate quality standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education.

Education/Qualifications

  • Member of Chartered or Certified Institute of Accountants or working towards qualification.
  • Relevant Bachelor Degree.
