About the Opportunity with AIA
You will be working with Legal resources & Contract Owners to review service clauses & service level agreements within contracts while having an understanding of contract invoicing & associated accounts payable processes.
The role includes:
- Working on Tax Statement impact analysis/ requirements/implementation plan
- Working on the matrix of Procurement Contracts, support BAU relationship management and to identify rationalization opportunities for duplicate services and costs.
- Communicating clearly both written and verbal with different stakeholders to successfully capture requirements and deliver change that supports the business' strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to technical teams to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- a strong Operational background with knowledge across the Risk and the Superannuation & Investments domains.
- solid communication & stakeholder management skills as engagement will be required e.g. with Tax, Legal & with numerous Business stakeholders at all levels.
- a proven track record in gathering requirements using Agile & Waterfall (hybrid) methodologies.
- a proven ability to work alongside our IT partners to help facilitate appropriate solution design & timely technology delivery
- Knowledge of 3rd Party Procurement contract processes & arrangements.
- Experience with Life400, Calibre & Paxus systems will be well regarded.
