The Opportunity at AIA
As a Business Analyst, you will have had Operational experience dealing with PAYG tax statements as well as 3rd Party Procurement contract experience.

About the Opportunity with AIA

You will be working with Legal resources & Contract Owners to review service clauses & service level agreements within contracts while having an understanding of contract invoicing & associated accounts payable processes.

The role includes:
  • Working on Tax Statement impact analysis/ requirements/implementation plan
  • Working on the matrix of Procurement Contracts, support BAU relationship management and to identify rationalization opportunities for duplicate services and costs.
  • Communicating clearly both written and verbal with different stakeholders to successfully capture requirements and deliver change that supports the business' strategy.
  • Provide support and guidance to technical teams to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.


To be successful in this position, you will have:
  • a strong Operational background with knowledge across the Risk and the Superannuation & Investments domains.
  • solid communication & stakeholder management skills as engagement will be required e.g. with Tax, Legal & with numerous Business stakeholders at all levels.
  • a proven track record in gathering requirements using Agile & Waterfall (hybrid) methodologies.
  • a proven ability to work alongside our IT partners to help facilitate appropriate solution design & timely technology delivery
  • Knowledge of 3rd Party Procurement contract processes & arrangements.
  • Experience with Life400, Calibre & Paxus systems will be well regarded.
