Description
This is a growing boutique Private Bank; they continue to invest in the region, particularly in Singapore now. Due to internal mobility, they are now looking for a dynamic Head of Financial Control.
Responsibilities
This is a strategic key hire to promote internal mobility. You will oversee financial control, regulatory reporting and management insights for the Singapore branch. Working closely with the regional CFO, you will drive process improvement of finance processes, active partnership with the business analytics and also drive corporate governance for finance function. You proactively foster a challenger mindset to seek a progressive environment for the finance team to adopt the latest technology and data usage.
Requirements
You will possess at least 10-15 years of relevant financial control, regulatory reporting and/or management reporting experience including proven track record in a leadership and senior management role gained in banks. With strong communication and influencing skills, you are commercial, strategic, solutions-oriented , driven and possess the gravitas of a credible leader.
