We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
- Management of financial ledgers, including preparation of the prime books of entry for a number of very active development sites
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts and board reporting packs
- Review internal controls and policies with a view to creating efficiencies
- Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years relevant experience in the Construction/Property sector
- Strong IT skills and use of a number of accountancy software
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders internally and externally in a commercial manner
