Assistant Accountant

REED recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a reputable professional business.

This role works as part of the Finance team and you will be supporting the routine aspects of the office and client accounts as required.

I am looking for someone who has either worked in a Solicitors or a Practise firm previously so they are familiar with the regulations.

Your duties will include:

- Daily printing of client statements

- Bank reconciliations

- Set up and sending of all payment types

- Monitoring payment and receipts across all accounts

- Preparation of daily banking

- Processing of Credit Card Payments

- Month and Year end routine

- Monitoring the client suspense account
