Financial Accountant

A leading national retail specialist, based in Altrincham, are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant to assist them during an extremely busy period.

The Role and Responsibilitites of the Financial Accountant position will include:

Assisting in production of monthly financial statements from beginning to end for all subsidiaries within the group.
Provide month end P&L and balance sheet analysis and commentaries.
Intercompany transactions and recharges.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Daily cashflow reporting and forecasting.
Responsibility for the maintenance of the Fixed Asset register.
Fixed Asset Accounting (Additions, Disposals, Profit and Loss on Disposal Reconciliations).
HP & Lease Agreements.The successful individual will;

Be ideally CIMA / ACCA qualified or QBE and overseas equivalent
Have experience with Fixed Assets.
Have strong excel and systems skills
Prior experience of using an ERP will be beneficial
Be available at short notice
