Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing F&B businesses. The brand is a luxury alcohol business that has seen over 100% growth in the last year and is looking to scale the team as a result of this success. The team are typically based in South West London and have a dynamic culture made up of with fun, personable and intelligent colleagues who are all passionate about what they do.
After continued growth and increased demand for their products in 2020, they are looking for their first Head of Finance & Ops who will be responsible for driving growth and profitability and overseeing the operations. This is an incredibly exciting position for a very strategic Head of Finance who will be business partnering with the leadership team to scale the business over the next few years.
The Role
* Supporting the leadership team with business strategy
* Driving the budgeting and forecasting
* P&L analysis
* Drive profitability and business growth
* Cost analysis
* Establish best practice procedures and controls
* Collaborate with outsourced accounting team on the audit
* Oversee the logistics and customer support operation
* Have oversight of the ERP systems
* Support HR compliance
What we need to see
* Minimum 5 years in a finance or finance & ops role
* Experience in a product business, ideally F&B
* Experience in a scale-up
* Leadership experience
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
What we would like to see
* Experience in a hyper growth F&B business
Salary
£60,000-70,000
